Adjustable Height Control
The top plate can be moved into a range of positions above the bottom plate. Suitable both for grilling thick artisan breads or toasting open style melts.

Yes, the flat plates on the BSG520XL Panini Duo™ will grill up the roti quite well although the space for the size made is a bit limited. It is important to carefully watch the roti when cooking as the different ingredients, fillings, or components may cause adjustments to be needed for both time and temperature.

Yes and it does a good job. I've also done a great (no modesty here), Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.
