I love this cutting board. I do a ton of BBQ (that means slow and low) during the summer and I'm frequently struggling with trying to keep the drippings off the counters and floor as well as carry all of the meat outside when it's time to cook. Today I am doing some BBQ so I decided to attach a picture. The picture I added to my review shows the cutting board with 2 x 7 lb pork shoulder butts on it, along with the trim pile. Also that knife is my filet knife for meat. It's a 10.5 inch Shun Premier partially serrated. So yeah, this thing is HUGE. It works fantastic for preparing brisket, pork shoulders, ribs or any other BBQ. It's a little hard to clean being so large and storage is also an issue since this won't fit in most peoples cupboards but I love it. The perfect BBQ accessory,
